Chris Dyer is a Montreal-based Visionary Artist whose work is individualized by graffiti-like, brilliant style that pops with urban freshness and symbolic imagery. The images are transcendent and gritty at the same time, nurturing a duality and style all their own. Chris is also the featured artist behind the imagery of Positive Creations, a skate culture company specializing in apparel, skate equipment, and print art. The artist is perhaps most familiar for his skate deck designs which are limited edition custom pieces that grace the walls and streets of many of today’s skate art collectors...
Responsible for introducing visionary art to the world skateboard community, he likes to paint anything he can get his hands on, from clothing to vehicles, boards, etc. But that doesn’t mean his work can also get off the streets for two seconds, in the shape of a mean canvas in a gallery near you!
Being an artist is such a blessing. The Creator made everything in this world we live in and the artists are the lucky ones who get in touch with this body-less spirit to continue this creation process, with images from within. In this way we can help him communicate with the human masses and experience creation through our physical eyes.
