Franky Helix is an emerging young force in deep, transformational electro in the Miami scene, and a new player at Alchemeyez this year. His hypnotic beats in collaboration with the label Infiltrate Schematic and work with the WMC crew and Seventh Circuit Studios (Moksha) at Art Basel have helped to put his hometown in the ears of the international IDM community. His career started with influences in electronic music from experimental labels like Warp and Skam, and then transformed into a more melodic and grimy version as he discovered and joined forces with the Burning Man community and West Coast dubstep creators. Franky plays an eclectic mix of ear candy from glitch hop, to deep core dubstep, experimental dance music, downtempo ambient “journeys” and everything in between. Franky’s intention with his musical performance is to bring a funky, uplifting atmosphere, spreading positivity and creative independence everywhere he plays.
